The following terms and conditions apply to all persons who are attending any workshop organized by Karen King owner and tutor for the Landsborough Art Studio. Please ensure you have read and understand the following:
1.     Acceptance of terms and conditions
By completing the registration form for a particular workshop, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below. Your registration is confirmed when we send you a booking confirmation and receipt of payment.
2.     Payment
Cash - is acceptable paid in full upon registration. Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received
 
Square - Landsborough Art Studio uses Square as our payment gateway. It is very safe and secure. This can be done through my SHOP page.
 
PayPal - If you would rather use PayPal, please just send me an email via the contact below and let me know which workshop you would like to enroll in, and I shall email you a PayPal invoice directly. NB PayPal is not available via the SHOP page  https://www.weebly.com/editor/main.php#/
 
Direct Deposit -is also acceptable. Once a transfer has been made, please send me an e-mail advising me of the deposit and amount using LAST NAME -WORKSHOP as a reference. Please contact me for bank account details. 
 
The fee for attending the Workshop is as stated on the registration form for the relevant Workshop. All payments for Workshops must be made in full when completing the registration form. Full payment will be made no later than 14 days before the Workshop date. Your registration cannot be guaranteed and may be cancelled if payment has not been made by this time.
 
3.     Refunds
Full refunds for cancellations made up to 14 days before the workshop date.
Cancellations made 7 days before the workshop date will attract an administration fee of $30.00.
Cancellations made 4 or less days before the workshop will not be refunded.
 
4.     Cancellation
There may be circumstances in which we need to cancel the Workshop. In such circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund of the amount of the Registration Fee that you have paid to us.
 
5.     Copyright
Copyright always remains with Karen King.
 
You may not photograph or video the Workshop without our prior consent. Artwork produced in the workshop may not be sold, exhibited, or placed into competitions without prior written consent from Karen King. Any artwork placed on any social media e.g. Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter must acknowledge Karen King as the copyright holder of the design and original reference source.

6.   Travel, accommodation, and refreshments
You shall be responsible for making and paying for your own travel and accommodation arrangements to and from the Workshop. If you are late at the workshop, we shall not be obliged to provide you with a refund or to wait to start the Workshop until you arrive. Light refreshments shall be provided; however, each attendee is responsible for their lunch or any special dietary requirements they may require.
